Glonass-K2 is another satellite project designed to operate as part of the Russian GLONASS satellite navigation radio navigation system. Developed by ISS Reshetnev (Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems) has an expected service life of ten years. This is an evolution of the previous third generation Glonass-K satellites, adding CDMA signals, improving accuracy and increasing power. It is 70% heavier and has 170% more power.
